Qualifications

• Proficiency with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly, verify appointments, and provide a seamless office introduction.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the patient journey with a professional demeanor.
• Support Sales Consultants by facilitating consultations and handling administrative tasks.
• Schedule appointments, process payments, and prepare deposits for accurate data entry.
• Collaborate with team to identify patient success stories for online endorsements.
• Assist with patient inquiries and follow-ups, pre- and post-operative.
• Assist with cross-selling of services by preparing quotes and consent forms.
