Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, healthcare, or retail environment.
• Proficient in collecting patient payments at the time of service.
• Skilled in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Knowledge of cosmetic procedures and products.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and manage registration and appointment scheduling with excellent customer service.
• Accurately triage and route clinical calls to appropriate departments for timely resolution.
• Assist patients in completing forms and paperwork to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and work area for a positive first impression.
• Identify and escalate patient concerns to the appropriate teams to maintain service excellence.
• Support billing processes and understand the medical services offered by practitioners.
• Enter referral information and manage patient records to keep charts up-to-date.
• Demonstrate reliability with consistent attendance to support uninterrupted patient care.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor to enhance efficiency.
