Chicago Cosmetic Surgery and Dermatology in Chicago is seeking a friendly, professional Cosmetic Concierge to ensure exceptional patient care before, during, and after cosmetic procedures.

You will schedule appointments, discuss treatment plans and costs, assist with financing options, enter notes in the EMR, and coordinate with providers to deliver a seamless patient experience. This role demands strong communication, multitasking, HIPAA compliance, and a collaborative team mindset.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; medical setting experience in dermatology or cosmetic arena preferred.
• One to two years of cosmetic surgery/plastic surgery experience preferred.
• One to two years of sales experience preferred.
• Superior communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and follow up with cosmetic patients.
• Explain treatment plans and costs; discuss financing options.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient communications.
• Enter treatment plans in EMR and provide portal access.
• Assist with no-show reports and recalls; manage Allergan/Aspire points.
• Act as liaison between patients and providers.
• Support Cosmetic Patient Coordinator and ensure provider support.
• Uphold HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA policies.
• Maintain patient privacy and professional appearance.
