Job summary

Stravatek is seeking a Sales Manager – Corrugated Packaging to drive growth in Pittsburgh, PA. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting through closing—while coordinating with production, logistics, and customer service to ensure on-time, accurate orders and high client satisfaction.

You’ll develop and execute sales plans, deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, monitor market trends, and mentor team members. Strong relationship-building and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in corrugated packaging or industrial packaging sales is preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the corrugated packaging sector.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans and maintain full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
