Job summary

Summit in Madison, NE is seeking an experienced cook for the correctional facility kitchen division. You will work with a dedicated team to prepare high-quality meals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, following recipes and safety standards.

Responsibilities include quality/portion control, food preparation, creative presentation, proper storage, and adherence to safety policies. Onsite role with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within Elior North America.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume, scratch-focused setting.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use various kitchen equipment and identify different food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
