Elior North America's Summit brand is seeking an experienced cook for the Merrill, WI correctional facility location. Join a motivated kitchen team to prepare high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle food preparation, portion control, and presentation while maintaining safety standards and proper storage. Prior high-volume, scratch cooking and customer service experience are valued.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in high-volume, scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service experience required.
• Nice-to-haves: Food handlers’ certification.
