Summit in Douglas, WY is seeking an experienced cook to join a busy corrections kitchen. You will work with a motivated staff to prepare meals in a fast-paced environment, focusing on quality, portion control, and creative presentation for inmates and staff.

The role requires prior culinary experience in high-volume settings, strong knowledge of cooking methods, and excellent attention to detail. Onsite work with comprehensive benefits is provided by Elior North America’s Corrections division.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with scratch cooking emphasis.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service experience is required.
