Summit is seeking an experienced cook for our Montello, WI location within the correctional facility kitchen division. You’ll join a motivated kitchen staff in a fast-paced setting, preparing and serving high-quality meals while focusing on portion control and safety.

This full-time, onsite role offers opportunities for growth within Elior North America’s network and a benefits package including medical, vision, 401k, and paid time off. Compensation is $20.00 per hour with paid holidays.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume, scratch-focused kitchen.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment and identify food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
