Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a Cook Supervisor for the Summit brand at the Washington County Regional CF in Greenville, MS. You will coordinate and supervise kitchen staff to ensure on-time meals and high-quality food in a fast-paced, corrections setting.

The role requires at least one year of culinary experience, knowledge of proper cooking methods, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, tuition reimbursement and paid time off.

Qualifications

• At least one year's culinary experience in a high-volume, scratch-focused operation.
• Complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising a team is preferred.
• Food Handlers certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and train staff in food service and sanitation, ensuring meals start on time and portions are consistent and of high quality.
