Job summary

Summit, operated by Elior North America, is seeking an experienced cook supervisor for its corrections team in Darien, GA. You will coordinate and supervise staff to ensure efficient, high-quality meal service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of scratch-cooking experience, strong knowledge of culinary methods, and the ability to lead a team while delivering friendly customer service. This is an onsite, full-time role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least one year's culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with scratch cooking.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Ability to supervise a team and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Food Handlers certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation.
• Ensuring meal services begin on time and maintaining portion, appearance and temperature quality.
