Elior North America, Summit brand, is seeking a highly capable Cook Supervisor for the Colquitt, GA correctional facility kitchen. You will oversee kitchen staff, ensure on-time meal service, and uphold high standards of sanitation in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume setting, strong supervision skills, and a customer-service mindset. On-site, full-time position with benefits and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with emphasis on scratch cooking.
• Complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong product knowledge, friendly customer service, and ability to supervise a team.
