Job summary

Elior North America is seeking an experienced cook supervisor for the Summit corrections team in Midland, TX. You will coordinate and supervise kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared on time, meet quality standards, and maintain sanitation throughout service.

The role requires at least one year of high-volume culinary experience, strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Onsite position with full benefits.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with emphasis on scratch cooking.
• Complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
