Elior North America – Summit brand in West Bend, WI, is seeking an experienced cook supervisor for our correctional kitchen. You will coordinate and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient service, high-quality meals, and strict adherence to sanitation and standards.

You will train employees, monitor portion controls, and guarantee meals start on time in a fast-paced setting. Preference given to candidates with supervisory experience in high-volume scratch cooking.

Qualifications

• At least one year of prior culinary experience in a quality, high-volume establishment with emphasis on scratch cooking.

Responsibilities

• Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation, ensuring meal services begin on time, and ensuring portions, appearance and temperature are high quality.
