Qualifications

• Preferably 3+ years of prior managerial experience.
• Preferably 2 years of prior sales experience.
• Successful completion of the state licensing exam upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Inspire, coach, and develop a high-octane sales team to achieve revenue goals.
• Meet monthly quotas by guiding Account Executives through the sales process.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
