Job summary

Tailored Management is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support growth of Engineering and IT teams through full-cycle recruiting, data-driven hiring, and collaboration with HR and leadership. This fully onsite contract role offers health benefits and a structured pace in a transformative, fast-moving environment.

Pay is $35.48/hour (W2) for a 6-month contract, 40 hours per week, located at 505 N Cleveland Ave, Westerville, OH 43082.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for Eng/IT or related roles is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
• Able to set priorities and manage own work effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to gather data, analyze, and present findings.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting execution for assigned requisitions in Engineering and IT.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from strategy through close.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and Leadership to align strategy with goals.
• Drive hiring success in Engineering and IT functions.
• Help build Talent Acquisition expertise through relationships, processes, and technology.

Tailored Management is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support growth of Engineering and Information Technology teams through full-cycle recruiting, data-driven hiring, and strong collaboration across HR and leadership. This fully onsite contract role offers health benefits and a structured pace in a transformative, fast-moving environment.

Pay: $35.48/hour (W2)
Duration: 6-month contract, starting M-F, full-time (40 hours)
Location: 505 N Cleveland Ave, Westerville, OH 43082 (fully onsite)

What you’ll do

• Support the growth of Engineering and/or Information Technology teams by owning recruiting execution for assigned requisitions.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting responsibilities from strategy through close for each hiring need.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Leadership to align recruiting strategy with company goals.
• Drive hiring success within critical Engineering and/or Information Technology functions, demonstrating consistent results.
• Help build Talent Acquisition expertise through relationships, processes, and technology.
• Contribute to teamwork by sharing knowledge within the TA team and the broader HR organization.
• Bring continuous improvement to recruiting processes by examining each task and proposing ideas that increase value to customers.
• Operate with ethics, responsibility, discipline, and ownership, understanding the impact of daily work on the customer, the company, and professional growth.
• Define and build talent programs that support the business, leading through a sales and consultative approach.
• Foster a data-driven organization by leveraging metrics and trends to drive recruiting outcomes.

What you bring

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting on a regional or national level, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Experience in high volume recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for mechanical, electrical, and firmware engineers, plus project management and product management roles (highly preferred).
• Proven ability to manage multiple hiring projects/initiatives at the same time.
• Able to set priorities and manage your own work to meet role expectations.
• Excellent communication skills to build buy-in with key stakeholders.
• Ability to gather data, analyze, and present findings to different audiences.
• Comfort working in a highly transformative, fast-paced growth environment.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Applied Sciences, or a related discipline.
