Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. in Columbus, OH seeks a Contract Corporate IT Recruiter to manage full cycle recruitment for technology roles. The role pays $30–$35 per hour on W2 and is a contract position.

You will source candidates, prescreen, conduct onsite interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to fill roles promptly. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with corporate and agency experience preferred, and a proven ability to build strong candidate

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Recruiting experience in corporate and agency environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onsite interviews, offers and closing candidates.
• Source qualified candidates, review resumes, and prescreen candidates while moving the interview process forward in a timely manner.
• Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; reviews job descriptions for vacancies.
• Partner with managers and HR partners in ensuring job description content accurately reflects described roles.
• Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
• Leverage social media, local and online career fairs, and job boards to increase corporate visibility and identify potential candidates.
• Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace.
• Develop and nurture an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of hiring goals.
