Job summary

Mindlance in McLean, VA is seeking a seasoned Recruiter to partner with hiring managers and drive full lifecycle recruitment across teams. This hybrid, 3-days-a-week role demands proactive sourcing, candidate management, and strong collaboration with HR partners to deliver timely offers and strong candidate experiences.

The contract is 12+ months with a focus on building diverse pipelines, crafting compelling descriptions, and maintaining documentation on recruiting metrics.

Qualifications

• 3 years of recruiting, HR, or client consulting experience, or a combination.

Location: McLean, VA/ Richmond, VA (Hybrid – 3 Days a week)

Duration: 12+ Months of Contract

In partnership with your team, you will effectively manage candidates through the recruiting and selection process, provide consulting and guidance to our Talent Acquisition teams and participate in projects that enhance the recruiting experience. You will be passionate about keeping abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques that enable us to be a best-in-class recruitment shop.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and business, group or organization leads, and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs
• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables. This will include creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, marketing bank’s talent brand to attract top talent, screening candidates, advising business partners on the recruiting process, and negotiating job offers
• Candidate management - develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent, owning the candidate development process from identification and engagement to offer extension and closing
• Work cross-functionally across a team of high performing recruiters and promote a culture of inspiration, empowerment and inclusion
• Leverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners
• Source stellar candidates. Look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the market

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 3 years of experience in recruiting OR 3 years of experience in human resources OR 3 years of client consulting experience OR a combination of the three
