Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial hiring.
• Strong sourcing skills targeting technical, engineering, and skilled trades roles.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter; SAP SuccessFactors experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for engineering, manufacturing, technical, skilled trades, and industrial positions.
• Recruit for roles including Quality Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Manufacturing Technicians, Production Team Leads, PLC Technicians, and automation-related positions.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools to identify, engage, and attract top talent.
• Manage multiple open requisitions with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Provide regular communication and updates to candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.

This role will support a high-volume hiring initiative by managing full-cycle recruitment efforts across technical, engineering, and manufacturing positions. The ideal candidate is a proactive talent acquisition professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building strong candidate pipelines, and enjoys partnering with hiring managers to drive recruiting success.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to understand hiring needs, conduct intake meetings, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for engineering, manufacturing, technical, skilled trades, and industrial positions.
• Recruit for a variety of roles including Quality Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Manufacturing Technicians, Production Team Leads, PLC Technicians, and automation-related positions.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools to identify, engage, and attract top talent.
• Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Provide consistent communication and updates to candidates, hiring managers, and key stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by delivering timely follow-up, professional communication, and a streamlined hiring process.
• Track recruiting metrics, maintain accurate candidate records, and ensure compliance with company hiring practices.
• Adapt sourcing and recruiting strategies to meet evolving business needs and aggressive hiring goals within a rapidly growing organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with prior experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, technical, or industrial hiring initiatives.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience recruiting for engineering, skilled trades, automation, or production-related positions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter; SAP SuccessFactors experience is a plus.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
