Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to join a high-performing manufacturing facility. You will own the full hiring process for frontline roles, primarily recruiting hourly positions while partnering with HR and plant leadership to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on high-volume, on-site recruitment in a plant environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting hourly or manufacturing populations strongly preferred.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Comfortable working onsite in a plant environment.
• Clear, confident communicator who partners well with HR and leadership.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit primarily for hourly manufacturing roles including packaging and general labor positions.
• Support occasional salaried openings such as department leads or accounting roles.
• Manage high applicant volume and screen for quality, reliability, and retention.
• Partner closely with onsite HR to coordinate hiring events and onboarding.
• Communicate regularly with hiring leaders on hiring status and priorities.
• Track candidates, start dates, and onboarding progress using ATS and spreadsheets.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth and complete onboarding experience.
• Support other Midwest locations with similar roles once fully ramped.

What You'll Be Doing

Role Details

• Contract-to-hire opportunity
• Onsite, five days per week
• Hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
• Parking available onsite
• Competitive hourly rate with strong conversion potential
