Beacon Hill is seeking a Temporary Recruiting Operations Consultant to join its New York office through year-end. The role will support the Talent Acquisition team during the implementation of a new Greenhouse applicant tracking system and assist with day-to-day recruiting operations.

The ideal candidate has recent Greenhouse expertise, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 4+ years of experience in recruiting operations or related roles.
• Recent hands-on experience using Greenhouse ATS is required.
• Experience supporting or participating in an ATS implementation is preferred.
• Experience coordinating recruiting operations including interview scheduling, candidate tracking, offer administration and recruiting documentation is required.
• Financial services or professional services environment experience is preferred.
• Positive, proactive, self-directed work style with the ability to work independently is required.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition during Greenhouse implementation and day-to-day recruiting operations.
• Assist with interview scheduling, candidate tracking, offer administration, and documentation.
• Collaborate with HR and business teams to ensure smooth recruitment processes during the transition.

This role will support the Talent Acquisition team during the implementation of a new Greenhouse applicant tracking system while also assisting with day-to-day recruiting operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong recent Greenhouse expertise, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a proactive, solutions-oriented approach. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, required.
• 4+ years of experience in recruiting operations, talent acquisition, or recruiting, required.
• Recent hands-on experience using Greenhouse ATS, required.
• Experience supporting or participating in an applicant tracking system implementation, preferred.
• Experience coordinating recruiting operations, including interview scheduling, candidate tracking, offer administration, and recruiting documentation, required.
• Financial services or professional services environment experience, preferred.
• Positive, proactive, self-directed work style with the ability to work independently, required.

The hourly rate for this role is $30-$36/hr. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
