Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or related fields.
• Three+ years in event coordination or administrative support with proven logistics success.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong proofreading skills.

Responsibilities

• Process event requests and communicate with Amazon customers throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate planning and walkthrough meetings with customers and vendors, as the main logistics contact.
• Disseminate information to large audiences and alert occupants and vendors of event impacts.
• Provide on-site coverage and troubleshoot during high-impact events for smooth operations.
• Organize and track event data metrics and identify trends for continuous improvement.
• Create and maintain standardized event documents, templates, and checklists.
