Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks a Technical Project Manager to support the Amazon Global Real Estate & Facilities account, directing construction and real estate projects from programming through construction management.

You will coordinate with IT, AV, Security, and Furniture teams, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with client objectives and KPIs while building strong client relationships onsite in Kirkland, WA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years of professional experience in construction/engineering project management, real estate development, or architecture/design.
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent construction or renovation projects.
• Firm knowledge of construction, architecture, or commercial real estate industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills able to interact with internal and external clients at various levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to multi-task within a team structure and independently.

Responsibilities

• Support project scheduling and decisions based on owner objectives, including site improvements, entitlements, permits, consultant selection, design team management, and contractor selection and management
• Develop and manage project budgets (hard costs, soft costs, and FF&E), monthly forecasts, detailed cash flow analysis, anticipated cost reports, and monthly progress reports
• Assist in assembling and managing teams of consultants and contractors while interfacing with architects, client staff, property managers, and vendors
• Coordinate with client internal stakeholder teams (IT, AV, Security, Furniture) to meet project requirements and timelines, and maintain strong client relationships including conflict resolution
• Provide on-site supervision to ensure project performance criteria are met and adherence to JLL's contractual KPIs (schedule adherence, budget adherence, customer satisfaction metrics)
