Job summary

Delaware North’s Patina Group seeks a General Manager to lead our new corporate dining business in New York City. You will drive guest satisfaction, coach a team, and maintain a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment.

A strong relationship with our corporate client and a commitment to training and culture are essential. The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with a balanced work-life approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of GM experience in high-volume hospitality.
• Availability Monday–Friday with flexible evenings/weekends.
• Experience with P&L and budgeting.
• Proficiency with MS Office and POS systems.
• No degree required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations with focus on guest satisfaction.
• Review financial data to measure productivity and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Oversee workforce planning, training, scheduling, and P&L accounting.
• Establish standard operating procedures for front-of-house supervision.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef on SOPs for food safety, handling, and storage.
