Job summary

Delaware North's Patina Restaurant Group seeks a dynamic General Manager to lead our new corporate dining operation in New York City. You will be highly visible on the floor, guide your team, and ensure every service feels seamless and welcoming.

You will cultivate a trusted relationship with our corporate client through professional communication, training, coaching, and a commitment to building a positive workplace culture in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years as a General Manager in a high-volume dining operation.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence.
• Experience reviewing financial data to drive productivity and cost control.
• Familiarity with POS and reservation systems; food safety knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations with guest satisfaction at the forefront.
• Review financial and performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Oversee workforce planning, training, labor costs, inventories, and P&L.
• Establish standard operating procedures for front-of-house supervision.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef on SOPs for food handling, storage, and safety.
