• Two years’ experience in a restaurant management role with similar dining service.
• ServSafe preferred but not mandatory; 6 months to obtain if needed.
• Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency required; familiarity with office tools.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise service and kitchen tasks, ensuring quality, sanitation and safety.
• Coach and train team members; monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Maintain positive guest relations and address issues promptly and professionally.
• Oversee bar inventory and ordering processes as part of restaurant operations.
