Job summary

BMO Financial Group in Dallas seeks an Account Manager to build long-term relationships with Commercial Card customers. You will oversee a portfolio from acquisition through activation and across the full lifecycle, identifying growth and optimization opportunities while serving as the go-to expert and escalation point.

You will apply consultative sales and relationship management to generate leads and close treasury management solutions for new and existing clients, ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Sales and treasury management, financial operations or risk management in a corporate or banking environment.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• Commercial Banking and treasury experience with corporate card background.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development by building strategic relationships with prospects and clients, cross-selling treasury and cash management solutions.
• Close complex deals with internal teams, ensuring timely and compliant execution.
• Manage client portfolios, monitor regulatory compliance and align services with client objectives.
• Oversee client implementation activities to ensure timely delivery and feedback for process improvements.
• Provide innovative treasury solutions to enhance client and internal efficiency.
• Engage in industry events to reinforce brand and identify opportunities.
