Job summary

BMO seeks a dynamic Head of Commercial Card Sales to lead the U.S. Commercial Card Sales organization within Treasury & Payment Solutions. This role drives revenue growth, client engagement, and market expansion, reporting to the Head of U.S. TPS Sales.

The leader will blend payments expertise with strategic sales leadership to optimize working capital and modernize payment processes for clients, while developing top talent across the team.

Qualifications

• 10 years of payments, treasury management, commercial cards, or related financial services experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred; business, finance or accounting fields favored.
• Proven track record leading sales teams and delivering sustained revenue growth.
• Demonstrated success managing complex client relationships and strategic sales opportunities.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national Commercial Card sales strategy to achieve revenue, portfolio growth, and client acquisition goals.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team focused on delivering consistent results and exceptional client outcomes.
• Establish sales priorities, performance metrics, and accountability frameworks aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Partner with Treasury, Commercial Banking, Product, and Risk teams to identify growth opportunities and expand market penetration.
