Job summary

BMO Harris Bank is seeking a dynamic Head of Commercial Card Sales to lead the U.S. Commercial Card Sales organization within Treasury & Payment Solutions. The role focuses on growing revenue, developing talent, and expanding market reach while aligning with enterprise objectives and client needs.

The leader will drive strategic capabilities across sales, partnerships, and product, ensuring strong client outcomes and a forward-looking payments agenda in a major financial institution.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in payments, treasury management, commercial cards, transaction banking, or related financial services.
• Proven track record leading sales teams and delivering sustained revenue growth.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders both internally and externally.
• Deep expertise in Commercial Card solutions, including purchasing cards, virtual cards, travel and expense programs, and integrated payables.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national Commercial Card sales strategy to achieve revenue, portfolio growth, and client acquisition goals.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team focused on delivering consistent results and exceptional client outcomes.
• Partner with Treasury, Commercial Banking, Product, and Risk teams to identify growth opportunities and expand market penetration.
• Collaborate with product teams to influence enhancements and innovation based on client and market feedback.
• Foster a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing sales culture with accountability and continuous improvement.
