Job summary

Regions is seeking a Corporate Banking Group Loan Fulfillment Analyst in Hoover, AL. The role owns end-to-end closing, funding, and booking of complex facilities, collaborating with Coverage, Underwriting, Agency Loan Services, Legal, and external counsel for accurate documentation and a clean handoff to life-of-loan servicing.

The position emphasizes risk oversight, process improvements, and audit-ready documentation, with a focus on regulatory compliance and timely funding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Five years of commercial/syndicated loan closing, booking, or servicing experience.
• Strong comprehension of loan documentation and closing mechanics; experience coordinating with external counsel.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (KYC/AML, flood, insurance) and agency/syndication workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line risk oversight by identifying emerging risks and driving remediation efforts.
• Serve as a subject-matter resource to Fulfillment Specialists for complex closing and funding issues.
• Troubleshoot operational roadblocks and escalate when needed.
• Coach on documentation, funding mechanics, policy interpretation, and best practices.
• Review and validate complex work including booking set-ups and funding packages.
