The role drafts and reviews loan docs, forecasts pipeline activity, reviews syndications, and ensures compliance with loan approvals and policy. It requires strong communication, organization, and a willingness to work acrossRegions teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of related financial services industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• General knowledge of insurance and due diligence for real estate transactions.
• Knowledge of syndicated transactions and collaboration with Capital Markets.

Responsibilities

• Drafts and reviews loan documentation for high complexity commercial loans.
• Forecasts loan pipeline activity and provides due diligence requirements.
• Reviews attorney-prepared loan packages for syndicated loans.
• Ensures closing per loan approval and policy; mitigates issues pre-close.
• Collaborates with Real Estate Banking, Equipment Finance, and other segments.
• Manages timely booking of loans and disbursement of proceeds.
