The position requires strong leadership, strategic oversight, and effective collaboration with business partners, with responsibilities spanning training, hiring, and process improvements to drive quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with five years of corporate banking experience.
• High School Diploma or GED with nine years of corporate banking experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and subject matter expertise in fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and leads their team and oversees the pre-closing fulfillment and construction monitoring.
• Oversees credit and loan documentation policies and due diligence.
• Manages work distribution and ensures timely turnaround for all components.
• Serves as primary contact for business partners regarding issues with team performance.
• Conducts staff meetings and participates in pipeline calls.
• Provides training and onboarding to new associates.
• Stays updated on regulatory changes and communicates updates to the team.
• Contributes to process improvement and risk management strategies.
• Manages day-to-day production and scheduling of the team.
• Participates in hiring and disciplinary responsibilities.
• Partners with segments such as Real Estate Banking, Equipment Finance, and others.
