Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Corporate Banking Group Loan Fulfillment Analyst in Hoover, Alabama, to own end-to-end closing, funding, and booking of complex credit facilities. You will partner with Coverage, Underwriting, Agency Loan Services, and Legal to ensure compliant, timely handoffs and audit-ready documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years in commercial/syndicated loan closing, with strong knowledge of loan documentation and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Five (5) years of commercial/syndicated loan closing, booking, or servicing experience.
• Strong comprehension of loan documentation and closing mechanics; experience coordinating with external counsel.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (KYC/AML, flood, insurance) and agency/syndication workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provides first-line risk oversight by identifying emerging risks, escalating issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive remediation efforts.
• Serves as a subject‑matter resource to Fulfillment Specialists and acts as the first escalation point for complex closing, funding, and booking issues.
• Troubleshoots operational roadblocks and determines when further escalation is required.
• Reviews and validates complex work, including booking set‑ups, exception handling, and funding packages.
• Promotes consistent application of controls and fosters a culture of operational discipline and continuous learning.
