Regions in Hoover, Alabama is seeking a Credit Products Corporate Loan Fulfillment Specialist to manage the closing process for diverse commercial loan transactions. You will collect and analyze documents, support the deal team, and ensure closings meet approval and policy standards.

The role requires knowledge of commercial credit, regulatory requirements (BSA/AML, OFAC, etc.), strong communication, and meticulous time management. Opportunity to grow in a dynamic financial services environment.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of related financial services industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Mansioni

• Draft and review loan documentation for complex commercial loans across multiple states.
• Coordinate with deal team on loan pipeline activity and due diligence requirements.
• Review syndicated loan packages and ensure compliance with loan approvals and policy.
• Identify and remediate issues related to documentation, policy or regulation before closing.
• Communicate with business partners during the closing process.
