Job summary

Integrated Dermatology in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Staff Accountant to support the corporate accounting function, ensuring adherence to U.S. GAAP and company policies.

The role collaborates with FP&A, Treasury, Payroll, HR, and Legal to ensure timely financial reporting for multiple entities across the organization. Responsibilities include journal entries, reconciliations, fixed asset and lease accounting, and period-end close activities, with opportunities to contribute to system

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 1–4 years of progressive accounting experience preferred.
• Healthcare or multi-entity organization experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and record journal entries and reconciliations for monthly, quarterly, and annual closes.
• Maintain records and schedules for corporate balance sheet and income statements to GAAP standards.
• Assist with acquisitions, purchase accounting entries and post-acquisition balance sheet integration.
• Prepare financial analyses and reconciliations for management reporting, audits, and external reporting.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Treasury, Payroll, HR, Legal, and Operations to ensure timely accounting.
