Qualifications

• 3+ years' of industry experience.
• Experience with Truck Load, LTL, Small Parcel, Air/Ocean.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Experience managing customer relationships.
• Strong leadership and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team members understand Echo's software and processes.
• Develop reps industry knowledge and sales strategy.
• Meet and exceed monthly gross profit and net booked amount goals.
• Lead weekly coaching meetings and develop lead generation ideas.
• Monitor sales pipelines and ensure proper lead management.
• Speak with top customers to improve retention and satisfaction.
• Attend weekly management meetings and act as liaison between reps and management.
• Manage shipments cycle from order to final delivery.
• Provide international quotes for sales reps.
