Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience with SMC or equivalent industrial sales experience.
• Thorough Sales Management training completed.
• Thorough knowledge of SMC products and procedures.
• Proficient in CRM and computer use; ability to learn new tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Clean driving record.
