Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Seven+ years of related and relevant employment experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Previous supervision/management experience required.
• Familiarity with Jack Henry Silverlake and IBM iSeries preferred.
• Strong documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, Visio).

Responsibilities

• Provide IT leadership for core banking systems and oversee RPA/AI initiatives.
• Manage and mentor IT personnel; oversee staffing and scheduling.
• Oversee vendor relationships and contract negotiations; ensure compliance with contracts.
• Ensure system reliability; monitor outages and implement fixes.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and change control processes.
• Collaborate across IT and other bank departments to drive initiatives.
