BECU in the United States is seeking a Director of Technology – Core Banking to align technology strategy with business goals and drive enterprise-scale modernization. You will lead engineering and delivery teams, shape roadmaps for core banking platforms, promote agile practices, and ensure governance, transparency, and measurable business value across programs.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years as a people leader, 8+ years IT experience with large platforms, and deep ERP/financial domain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field required.
• Minimum 7 years of people leadership experience.
• Minimum 8 years IT experience with large-scale platforms.
• Domain experience with ERP/financial products.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and cross-functional teams.
