Job summary

BECU seeks a senior technology leader to align enterprise banking technology with business strategy. You will guide core banking modernization, lead large delivery programs, and drive agile practices across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Minimum 7 years of people leadership experience.
• Minimum 8 years of IT experience with enterprise platforms, ERP, or financial products.
• Experience building technology platforms and leading cross-functional delivery.
• Familiarity with ERP, infrastructure, and cloud-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into technology roadmaps and architectures.
• Oversee delivery for core banking initiatives with agile practices.
• Lead engineering teams and drive end-to-end delivery across programs.
• Advocate for modernization, CI/CD, testing, and quality improvements.
• Manage governance, risk, and collaboration with stakeholders.
