Qualifications
- Minimum 13 years combined higher education/work experience.
- At least 4 years in technology or systems and 9 years in tech leadership.
- Strong knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, and Major Incident Management.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for technology operations and service management.
- Roadmap for operational modernization, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee Change Management and CAB, Command Center operations, and production support.
