Job summary

CooperSurgical is seeking a Stem Cell Sales Development Representative in Tucson, AZ to educate expectant families about cord blood banking and to deliver superior customer service on calls, emails, and chats. You will stay updated on procedures and training while pursuing sales and client-service targets.

Qualified candidates typically possess a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in inside sales or call center roles, with strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Language Skills: Ability to read, write and speak effectively to customers.
• Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures, discounts and percentages.
• Reasoning Ability: Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
• Computer Skills: Knowledge of Siebel, MS Office, Excel and related tools.
• Other Requirements: May work weekends/holidays; overtime may be required; pager/cell access during off hours.

Responsibilities

• Educate families on cord blood banking options and empower informed decisions.
• Deliver superior customer service on inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats.
• Remain current on all procedural activities and follow-ups.
• Remain current on all training and administrative tasks.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly sales and client service goals.
• Adhere to all Consumer Sales processes and policies.
• Review recorded calls with the manager to identify best practices.
