Job summary

ViaCord, a Revvity Company, is seeking a Senior Cord Blood Advisor to join our Inside Sales Team in a fully remote role. You will educate families on newborn stem cell preservation and genetic screening services, guiding expectant parents through our offerings and closing sales with a consultative approach.

The role operates Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturday coverage, and offers a base salary plus commissions in a dynamic biotech environment with comprehensive training and growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required with sales experience.
• 3+ years direct B2C selling preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Document and track leads, contacts, opportunities, and activity history in Salesforce.com
• Manage and maintain a detailed pipeline to achieve monthly quota.
• Contact existing client base to gain referrals and upsell services.
• Demonstrate capacity to understand sales tools (Web, CRM, Order Management, reports).
• Articulate technical/clinical information clearly to clients.
• Master product information for accurate dissemination to clients.
• Educate prospective customers on the value of newborn stem cell banking and ViaCord services.
• Comply with schedules (including on-call rotation) and productivity metrics.
• Work independently in a remote office environment.
