Job summary

ViaCord, a Revvity Company, seeks a Senior Cord Blood Advisor to join our Inside Sales Team in a fully remote role. You will work Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Central Time (12:00 PM–9:00 PM ET) with occasional Saturday coverage.

You will drive sales, manage leads, and educate families on cord blood banking and related services. Requirements include 5+ years of sales experience and a Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years with an Associate’s, or 10+ years with a HS diploma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience required.
• Direct B2C sales experience is preferred (3+ years).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to explain technical info clearly.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Document and track leads, contacts, and opportunities in Salesforce.
• Maintain a detailed pipeline to meet monthly quota.
• Educate customers on the value of newborn stem cell banking.
• Communicate product information effectively to clients.
• Adhere to schedules and productivity metrics.
