OBR is seeking a Service Superintendent to oversee cooling tower service, preventive maintenance, and repairs. You will lead field crews, coordinate with engineering, project management, and clients, and ensure work is performed safely, on time, and to OBR quality standards.

This role requires travel to job sites, strong leadership, and adherence to safety standards (OSHA). A high school diploma and at least 3 years in cooling tower services are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in cooling tower services.
• Knowledge of Windows-based applications and OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cooling tower service, preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Lead and mentor field technicians, foremen, and crews.
