Job summary

Invited seeks a Cook 2 to join our club kitchen, responsible for setup, daily prep, and organization of your workstation, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. You will work with Cook 1 and Cook 3 teams to keep kitchen operations smooth and consistent with our quality standards.

This junior-level role requires understanding culinary techniques and the ability to take on more complex tasks, with opportunities to assist in menu planning, recipe development, and special events

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of kitchen experience.
• Valid Food Handler Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Set up, prep, and organize workstation daily.
• Prepare and store all food items for your station following Invited standards.
• Maintain proper cooking techniques and presentation of daily specials, salads, entrees, and other menu items.
• Prepare complete meals including soups, meats, gravies, vegetables, desserts, salads, and baked goods.
• Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and testing products.
• Interact professionally with members and guests and provide service recovery.
