This junior-level position supports Cook 1 and Cook 3 while expanding your culinary responsibilities. You will report to the Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or Executive Chef, collaborating on daily prep, menu items, and maintaining sanitation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years in kitchen environment.
• Valid Food Handler Certifications as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set up, daily prep, and organize workstation.
• Prepare and store all food items for your station with proper technique.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of your work area and kitchen.
• Assist in preparing complete meals for various menu items and specials.
• Support Chef(s) and other team members to ensure consistent quality.
