Job summary

Invited is seeking a Cook 2 to join our hospitality team. You will set up and organize your workstation, prepare daily menu items, and ensure high quality, safe food production for members and guests.

This junior-level role collaborates with Cook 1 and Cook 3 to maintain standards and support leadership in a fast-paced club kitchen. You will handle daily prep, plating, and storage, while assisting in menu planning and product testing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of kitchen experience.
• Valid Food Handler certification as required by state/city regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and organize workstation and daily prep.
• Prepare and store all food items for your station adhering to Invited standards.
• Maintain proper cooking techniques and consistent presentation of menu items.
• Prepare or assist in preparing complete meals including soups, meats, gravies, vegetables, desserts, salads, and baked goods.
• Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and testing products.
