Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience as Cook II or similar role.
• Ability to work flexible kitchen shifts and various stations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain standards in food prep and presentation as directed by Executive Chef.
• Assist Sous Chef and Cook with quality and portion control.
• Promote positive guest relations and handle guest feedback.
• Assist other line staff with daily kitchen duties.
• Prepare production per established standards and ensure proper labeling and storage.
