Craft Culinary Concepts at State Farm Stadium in Arizona is seeking a Cook II to deliver high-quality food during premier events. This mid-level culinary role requires solid kitchen experience and responsibility growth while sharpening culinary skills.

You’ll cook items with precision, work multiple stations as needed, and ensure guests enjoy outstanding dining experiences. Evening/weekend availability and a strong team mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of culinary experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Experience preparing premium-quality food.
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment.
• Ability to read and follow recipes, prep lists, timelines, and written instructions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality in an event-driven environment.
• Valid Maricopa County Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain one before employment).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, menus, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Ensure food is prepared, held, and served at proper temperatures.
• Rotate, label, date, and store products using FIFO procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized workstations throughout each shift.
• Communicate inventory needs and food quality concerns with kitchen leadership.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing deliveries.
• Support fellow team members and work multiple kitchen stations when needed.
• Complete opening, closing, and cleaning procedures.
• Help create an efficient, positive, and team-focused kitchen environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
