Job summary

Craft Culinary Concepts seeks an entry-level Cook III to support a high-volume stadium kitchen during premium events and NFL games in Arizona. You will assist with prep, line, and banquet production, ensuring quality and safety for guests.

You will work alongside experienced culinary professionals, learn recipes, and grow in a fast-paced environment while maintaining scheduling flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6 months of food preparation or kitchen experience required.
• Basic knife skills and familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced culinary environment.
• Ability to follow recipes, prep lists, timelines, and verbal instructions.
• Strong work ethic with a positive, team-first attitude.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality in an event-driven environment.
• Maricopa County Food Handler's Card required (or ability to obtain one before employment).

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and menu items according to recipes and production schedules.
• Assist with grill, prep, line, or banquet production as assigned.
• Follow BEOs and recipes to ensure food is prepared accurately and on time.
• Maintain proper food temperatures throughout preparation and service.
• Rotate, label, date, and store products using FIFO procedures.
• Practice proper food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety at all times.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Communicate inventory needs and food quality concerns to kitchen leadership.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing deliveries.
• Support fellow team members and work multiple stations when needed.
• Complete opening, closing, and daily cleaning responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support kitchen operations.
